Order Processing & Timelines

• Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

• Total Estimated Shipping Time: 4 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

• Shipping Fee: Flat Rate £65 per order

Order Confirmation

As soon as an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent containing all details to confirm the purchase has been received and is ready for processing.

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (total expected time: 4–7 business days). Tracking details will be provided via email immediately after dispatch so the package can be monitored.

Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2 business days, as occasional carrier delays can occur. If your tracking information shows no movement after this period, contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please take clear photographs of the issue and email them to us with your order number. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund.
